Our calming blends contain homeopathic remedies and/or tissue salts that are traditionally used as follows:

Bach Flower: Recovery

 Mild anxiety or stress, supporting feelings of inner calm & serenity.

Kids Calm

Hyperactivity, irritability and nervousness. This blend is based on Scheussler’s Kids Be Calm which can be bought at your local pharmacy or health food store. If you prefer not to have the lactose tablets or sprays though, we can make it up as a liquid remedy or pillules. Contains homeopathic:  Ferr Phos, Kali Phos, Mag Phos, Silica

Calm Sleep

To calm the nervous system and encourage a restful night’s sleep without feeling groggy upon waking. Contains the following blend of homeopathic remedies and tissue salts: Avena Sativa, Coffea Cruda, Ferr Phos, Mag Phos, Kali Phos, Passiflora.
