In order to get the most out of your homeopathic treatment, please consider implementing as many of the following practices as possible. By reducing our toxin and chemical load, it allows our homeopathic medicines to work more deeply and gives our body the best possible chance to focus its available energy on healing.

Clean Eating

  • Choose clean, minimally processed foods - and organic wherever is practical and possible. If buying organic foods is not within your budget, consider the Clean 15 and Dirty Dozen rule for avoiding pesticides and chemicals.

  • Limit sugar and avoid packaged foods, additives, preservatives, and artificial colours.

  • Eat fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables, grass-fed meat, and free-range eggs.

  • Minimise seed oils, margarine, canola, and common vegetable oils, instead use olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, grass-fed butter, or ghee. 

Hydrate Wisely

  • Avoid sugary soft drinks, energy drinks, sports drinks, and fruit juices, .

  • Choose spring water, or a home filtration system that filters out fluoride, chlorine, and other chemicals.

Medications and Pharmaceuticals
If you have been prescribed medication by your doctor, never stop it without medical advice. However, avoiding pharmaceuticals when they are not strictly necessary and choosing gentle, natural alternatives can support the body to heal without increasing the toxin load. Household Environment

Chemicals in the home should also be minimised—choose natural, chemical-free alternatives wherever possible.

Stress and Emotions

Many holistic practitioners believe that one of the biggest causes of ill-health is stress and suppression of emotions. All of the above lifestyle changes are important, but it is just as important to address your current stress-levels, emotional health, and/or suppression of past trauma, as often suppressed stress and emotions are a root-cause of dis-ease in the body.
