Fees:

To make homeopathic care as accessible and affordable as possible, consultation fees are now based on the length of your appointment rather than a fixed rate. This means you only pay for the time you need, helping to keep appointments equitable for all clients while allowing flexibility for both straightforward and more complex cases. Rather than trying to cover everything in a single, lengthy consultation, your care is provided in manageable stages, allowing your treatment plan to be reviewed and adjusted as your health changes. Most new clients will need between 30 minutes to 1 hour for their first consultation, depending upon the complexity of the case. Fees are outlined at the bottom of this page.

Prior to your Consultation:

You will be required to complete a comprehensive intake form upon booking, and Aanika may ask for some further information prior to your appointment. If you have any relevant medical reports, please email them as early as possible. The more detail you can include on your forms, including the information that you provide about your symptoms, health history, lifestyle and overall wellbeing, the more focused, cost-effective and productive your appointment is likely to be.

At Your First Consultation:

At your first appointment, Aanika will focus on and discuss your presenting complaint, whilst also investigating possible contributing factors. Aanika will have already reviewed your comprehensive intake forms which will guide her questions during the appointment. If you have complex or ongoing chronic health issues, it is important to understand that healing takes times, and it will be important to attend your follow ups in the timeframe that Aanika suggests.

After Your Consultation:

After your consultation you will receive a homeopathic prescription via email. You will then be able to purchase your remedies either through Aanika’s online shop, but you are welcome to source your remedies elsewhere as well. It is important to take your remedies exactly as prescribed, and attend your follow ups as instructed.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will attract full appointment fees.

Medications & Homeopathy:

Homeopathy can be taken alongside regular pharmaceutical medication, but it is important to disclose to your homeopath any medications you are taking or any allergies or intolerances that you have (food, environmental or otherwise). A homeopath cannot instruct or advise you on your pharmaceutical medications and you should never cease taking any medications prescribed by your doctor without first talking to them.

Referrals:

Your homeopath may recommend that you consult your medical practitioner if they feel that further medical investigations are necessary. It will be your responsibility to do so alongside any homeopathic treatment that you are receiving. Please update your homeopath regarding the results of any investigations conducted.

Risks and Benefits:

Homeopaths are not medical doctors, and therefore should not replace consultation with a medical professional.  As with any conventional or complementary medical treatment, responses to treatment vary between individuals and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Although homeopathic remedies are generally well tolerated, unexpected reactions or individual sensitivities may occasionally occur.  If you experience any unexpected symptoms after taking your homeopathic remedies, please pause your remedy and get in touch with your homeopath to discuss any changes that may be required.

Consultation Fees:

Consultation fees are based on the duration of your appointment. Homeopathic remedies and postage can be purchased separately after your consultation.

  • Acute Consultation

    • 15 mins: $60

  • Standard Consultation (New Patients):

    • 30mins: $150

    • 45 mins: $175

    • 60 mins: $225

    • 90 mins: $300

  • Follow Up Consultation (within one month of last appointment):

    • 15-30mins: $85

    • More than 30 minutes: $85 plus $50 per additional 30 minutes (or pro rata).

  • Returning Client Consultation (if it has been more than one month since your last appointment):

    • 30 mins: $100

    • 45 mins: $125

    • 60 mins: $175
