Flower Essences
Flower essences are natural vibrational remedies prepared from the blossoms of carefully selected flowers. They are traditionally used to support emotional wellbeing, encourage balance during times of stress, and support personal growth and emotional resilience.
All remedies are supplied as 15ml liquids only. Up to 7 flower essences can be blended together in one bottle. If you would like a personalised blend, please select “Custom Blend” and list the flower essences you would like in the pop-up box while adding to your cart.
The following flower essences have traditionally been associated with these emotional patterns:
Aspen – Traditionally associated with vague fears, apprehension, nervousness, and sensitivity to the unknown.
Beech – Traditionally associated with criticism, intolerance, or frustration towards others.
Cerato – Traditionally associated with self-doubt and frequently seeking reassurance from others.
Chestnut Bud – Traditionally associated with repeated mistakes, recurring patterns, or difficulty learning from past experiences.
Crab Apple – Traditionally associated with dissatisfaction, shame, or excessive focus on imperfections.
Elm – Traditionally associated with temporary overwhelm, pressure, or periods of reduced confidence due to responsibility.

Liquid remedies contain a very small percentage of alcohol as a preservative. Do not suck on dropper pipettes, they are made of glass.
