Homeopathic Cold and Flu Blends
Homeopathic cough, cold and flu blends come in a 15ml amber glass dropper bottle. Use the drop down box to select from our popular blends. If you would prefer the blend in pillules, please indicate this via the ‘Special Requests’ as you are adding it to your cart.
Defence Blend:
Take at first signs or in first 24 hours of any cold or flu-like symptoms.
Anas Barb 200:
Traditionally used as a prophylactic remedy to be taken weekly during cold and flu season. Can also be taken at the onset of colds and flu-like symptoms.
Immune Support:
A blend of remedies traditionally used to support the immune system.
Congestion Blend:
Nasal congestion, blocked nose and mild sinus symptoms.
Fever & Flu Support:
Supports the body during mild fevers and flu-like symptoms.
ENT Blend:
Support for symptoms of ear congestion or infection and sore throats.
Throat & Tonsils:
Support for sore throats and symptomatic relief of tonsillitis or pharyngitis.
Head Cold:
Support for symptoms of head colds such as clear runny nose, sneezing and watery eyes.
Infection Blend:
Supports the body during symptoms where bacterial infections are suspected.
Sinus Blend Right:
Facial and right-sided headache/sinus/facial pain. Should be alternated with infection blend for suspected bacterial Infection.
Sinus Blend Left:
Left-sided headache/sinus/facial pain. There may be pain in the eyeball. Should be alternated with infection blend for suspected bacterial Infection.
Please note - for other sinus symptoms consider using single liquids as follows:
Pulsatilla 30 for thick green discharge
Hepar Sulph 200 for pain in the facial bones, possibly combined with a sore throat.
Cough & Congestion Blend:
Mild coughs with nasal congestion or sinus.
Note: For coughs- please see our Homeopathic Cough Remedies instead.
Directions for use: Please follow the instructions given by your practitioner. For most blends, practitioners will advise taking 3-4 times per day for mild conditions or more frequently in severe acute conditions. Doses should be tapered as soon as symptoms begin to subside. If there is no response to the remedy within 24 hours, or for chronic ailments please contact your practitioner for further advice.
