Homeopathic Calming & Sleep Blends

Calm: A blend of remedies traditionally used within homeopathy to support individuals experiencing temporary feelings of fear, nervous anticipation, overwhelm or emotional tension.
SLEEP BLENDS:
Coffea: Traditionally used within homeopathy to support sleeplessness, mental overstimulation, restlessness, and difficulty winding down at night.
Chamomilla: Traditionally used within homeopathy for unsettled, irritable or restless children during teething periods, particularly where the child seeks comfort from being carried or held.
Ignatia: Traditionally used within homeopathy to support emotional upset, heightened sensitivity, or periods of grief that may interfere with restful sleep.
Kali Phosphoricum: Traditionally used within homeopathy during periods of mental fatigue, overstimulation, irritability from exhaustion, or disrupted routine.
Mag Phos: Traditionally used within homeopathy where sleep disturbance is associated with abdominal discomfort, wind, muscular tension, cramps or soreness.
Nux Vomica: Traditionally used within homeopathy where sleep is affected by mental overactivity, overwork, overstudy, digestive discomfort or overindulgence.
Passiflora: Traditionally used within homeopathy to support nervous restlessness, sleeplessness, agitation or emotional tension.
Pulsatilla: Traditionally used within homeopathy for children who may appear more clingy, emotional, tearful or unsettled than usual, particularly when seeking reassurance or comfort.

Liquid remedies contain a very small percentage of alcohol as a preservative. Do not suck on dropper pipettes, they are made of glass.
Liquid remedies are best used within 12 months. Pillules have as shelf life of 5 years.
